It was great, they had everything we wanted and nice friendly service. Two improvements would be a customer toilet and a coffee shop or self service machine.

Always love visiting this store, it's a danger to my wallet though!! Never leave without buying something!!

Lots of stuff for the farm, stables, livery etc. Clothing, equipment, chemicals etc Bit of a long wait to pay, not enough staff when I was there

They had the largest selection of wellies of any local store. I was able to try several brands and sizes.

Great place to visit for country and farming or walking needs. Good selection of foods and drink available and plenty of other items to peruse. Clothing, pet food and products, garden care equipment just to name a few. Now with seasonal goods

Looking to buy around 50 stakes, no price on the stakes, slightly confusing signage over where is staff only areas with areas sectioned off within the store (though getting close to closing). Staff were okay but not particularly helpful (again probably concerned about finishing on time).

Not as good as it used to be. They have removed the horse feed from the shop floor and you have to order from the till which can be inconvenient because feeds can be confused as there are some very similar ones and till staff often aren’t sure what is what. After ordering you have to drive around the back, ring a bell and wait for someone to come and get your slip and collect feed. Awful if there is a queue and everyone is trying to reverse. Adds significant amount of time to your shop and the inconvenience isn’t always worth it. Think it’s to do with being short staffed and nobody to bring the feed into the shop. Disappointing as it used to be a great store to shop in!

This is a really useful shop even if you are not a farmer or smallholder. Great for bulk bird food and pet supplies large and small. Gardening stuff is probably the best value in the area. Frozen food. Lots of practical things like tools and fixings. Clothing good value too. Staff are cheerful and helpful. A nice place to be.

Well presented farm, pet, countryside store. Chainsaw sculpture was taking place when I visited.
